Weird.  I happened to listen to the audiobook of this back in September, because my library and I both have a fondness for books about werewolves.  I can't say I enjoyed it.  But I CAN say I didn't enjoy it.

The only version I'm familiar with is the one from Animaniacs, featuring Runt and Rita.  So, yes, I do have a lot of respect for it.
