I guess I'm in the minority here, but I thought it was an average episode, and only the 4th or 5th best of the season. It seemed to me to be pandering, sentimental shlock.

I don't really understand why anybody thought the kid was a cop because of his over-eagerness. On a lot of standard procedurals, that would def be the case. Not on Breaking Bad…Gilligan isn't going to telegraph something like that.
