I own racehorses and all names need to be cleared through the Jockey Club—- and the name Prickly Pete was already taken, else I would have named one of our yearlings that name.  Names can be recycled after 5 years of retirement (provided the horse wasn't a stakes winner), so Prickly Pete is going to be available again

That is my assumption as well.

Because he would have ZERO reason to sardonically engage in the bacon exercise; he's only doing that on his actual birthday.

Lot of good recommendations, but one that hasn't been mentioned yet: Five Style (or 5ive Style), a short-lived Chicago band from the late 90s.  Just 2 albums, a self-titled one from 95, and Miniature Portraits from 99.  Both are on Sub Pop.

Josh would be easy…his Dad is there.  Agree that many others would/will be contrived, but Josh is perfectly logical.

Yep, it's on the 2010 EP, Girls Like It Loud.  To the best of my knowledge, that's the only 80s cover they've recorded.

Disagree totally.  The Care Bears On Fire version is great. Do think that it was misused here though.

And you are using the "baseless speculation" language much more expansively than the NY courts (or any other jurisdiction for that matter) intend…there really wasn't anything baseless about what Fonda's character did.  He speculated —- which a jury is free to do —- but his speculations were not baseless.
