¡Aye Carumba!

I dunno, in my fevered dreams I've imagined Ben Affleck could be a pretty great Batman.

These criticisms aren't very constructive.

Season 8 Dexter is like if that same valedictorian delivered their entire commencement address on the following: gross spiders, catcher's mitts, slovak verb conjugation, this one time their friend Todd took the sergeant's exam and lost to this lady who was black or something, a really cool idea for a video game, and

I know what you mean, and this is coming from a Season 3 apologist. But ultimately, Dexter's like one of those people that got great grades in high school and then smoked a lot of pot in their 20's: Supremely depressing.

Wait, which statement was the real logic and which one is the industry logic?

Even at its best, Dexter is still Dexter.

I feel like we need to start grading on a curve the closer we get to the final episode, with every moment we spend dicking around not setting up an endgame heavily weighted against it. If this was Season 6 Dexter it'd just be boring and stupid, but as a finale it's bewildering.

Hey what if Breaking Bad was a prequel to Malcolm in the Middle?

Or they could be in hiding.

I thought it was a bit odd that a serial killer named the brain surgeon appeared the moment a brain surgeon who studies and trains serial killers appeared, but I figured I was overthinking it.

Don't be so pessimistic. Everyone thought the Phantom Arsonist was a dead-end stopgap character and look how satisfying that story was.

Because it used to be good, then sucked for a while, then briefly looked like it was going to be good again, then spectacularly exploded, then limped around in confused, wounded circles until it bled out, half-delirious and mumbling something about a sergeant's test.

Mad Men is the most boring show of all time.

You're the Skyler of this board.

I could see his actions getting her killed as collateral damage and him taking responsibility for it.

I'm onboard just because Skyler's maiden name is on Walt's future license, and we all know how he is with devouring the souls of those he's killed. Except it's possible that his actions get Skyler killed indirectly, and he takes her name on as penance.

RWG, you're not for me.

But if she is going down, which is looking increasingly likely, her best shot at a deal would be coming forward to her DEA brother, and asking for immunity/claiming she was coerced into laundering his money.

Walt also came down from his victory with a murder high and since then murdered 10 men, including an attorney. At this point, Walt is capable of anything.
