I'm just happy about Alexa and Person of Interest.

I was thinking of doing this as well, but I'm hesitant about starting a series so near the end of its run (I'm assuming it won't go more than seven). For watchers, how serialized is the show? Is the series at a point at which someone could jump in and gather what's happening relatively easily?
"Guest" is brilliant and is the high point of the season, but I think the finale is fantastic as well. Well worth watching.
I agree 100% on Pacific Rim. I went in just expecting something fun, nothing too amazing, and it ended up being a chore to get through. The middle 45 minutes of "character development" were so laughingly terrible that I just wanted to get back to Kaiju fighting, and when that started up again, it was so redundant and…

EPISODE 17: “Kanes and Abel’s”
It will most likely be the last entry of TV Club Classic. They planned for it to be sometime next year, but I have no idea when.

EPISODE 7: "A Measure of Salvation"
"Patti straddling him and sloppily kissing his face"
Also, I was sort of afraid Nora would kill herself. I'm happy she didn't, mostly because Carrie Coon is brilliant and deserves all the awards (especially with her silent screams in reaction to the Loved Ones, or just sitting at that table with her family).
That was excellent. It was a riveting hour of television, and the music choices made it all the more haunting; in particular, I loved the usage of "Ne Me Quitte Pas" and the violin version of "Nothing Else Matters".
