Elle - I doubt Hank dies until the finale either. Maybe I enjoy watching Cranston's portrayal of Walt's transformation too much (he is the best actor on TV to me) but I am sick of hearing how 'evil' he is. Until he kills a family member or an innocent, I see him as someone who had no choice. Obviously if Brock died

There is absolutely no way that the police would look at every single document in Gus's belongings and not find the cayman bank account number eventually. Made absolutely no sense that Gus would ever write that down somewhere or leave his laptop (he doesn't even hide it when he's away from the office??) in the open

Exactly. Mike needs to wise up. And I think Mike gives Gus's 'loyalty' way too much fucking credit. Gus would kill him in a heartbeat if he deemed it prudent. I also feel like Gus deliberately sabotaged everyone's retirement package (he was way too smart to not hide that money should he die). Walt seems like a much

Walt did have a plan before he poisoned Brock and killed Gus - disappear
entirely. But his wife gave all his money to her boyfriend. If anything
this is all the wifes fault. Walt was more than willing to run away and
never look back. Watch 'Crawl Space' again and you will see Walt before
he was forced to kill Gus. I

The real test as to whether Walt is truly a bad man now is if he kills Hank should Hank find out about Heisenberg.

You're damn right he is Dooley! The Scarface comparison seems a little odd for this show. I didn't enjoy that scene at all. Tony was a murderous lunatic who lasted a few months on top….Tony was pretty damn stupid.

Walt is a genius. "Should we take a vote?" "Why?" And the way he handles the beyond obnoxious Marie - great stuff. He has to be so much smarter and far more deceptive than Gus because he has an entire family to protect and distance from Heisenberg.

Maybe Walt fears he will never REALLY be safe unless he is on top. Or at least an integral part of the drug trade. You have to imagine how much fear he has lived in for over a year…probably never feels safe unless he is the one calling the shots. Control is an illusion after all but it is still a powerful motivator.

Another great hour of television from BB. It wasn't even one of their best but it still trumps pretty much everything on TV. Walt keeps getting deeper into chaos and I love watching the transformation. I hope he meets Lydia sooner than later. I wonder who betrays who first in that dynamic.

The Sopranos was garbage compared to Breaking Bad. Talk about unrealistic. Show started great then got worse each season with pointless dream sequences that never ended.
