I still remember turning to my wife at one point during the first season and saying, "Ugh, Avery is just the worst. Wouldn't it be awesome if they turned him into a good guy?"

Sushi Go! is a blast, and is great filler for a longer evening of games. It's especially easy to pick up since its card drafting is really similar to the one used in 7 Wonders.

After owning it for a year, I finally got Flash Point: Fire Rescue to the table. Like Pandemic, it's a cooperative game where the players (firefighters here) work together to rescue people from a burning building. It plays well and is incredibly thematic, but only in playing it did I realize how incredibly

I really miss Southeast Engine.

I still love the show, ridiculousness and all. I think the first season had more peaks and valleys with both songwriting and story arcs. Now it's kind of leveled off into whatever it's doing now. Buddy Miller was a good replacement for Burnett (and honestly, as much as I love T-Bone, I'd rather listen to a Julie or

His son's name is Stefan Holt. Stefan….Steph-an…Steven…STEVE. STEVE HOLT.

I know I'm being "that guy," but the name of John Mark Painter's band is Fleming and John, not John and Fleming.

Honestly, yes.

That's usually the case in institutions like that.

For what it's worth, The King's College isn't considered that conservative in "Christian circles." Plus, most of the people I know who worked there considered D'Souza (at best) a joke, or (at worst) an unethical, vile man. And not just for the above—because he was a far-right goof.

WOW. This is crazy.

Or it could be set on the other side of the state, which people tend to forget.

News outlets in Pennsylvania have been writing about casting calls in the state, though—at least the last time I checked—they didn't indicate which part of PA.

While I wasn't into Bedhead while they were still active, I discovered them through the New Year's first album and have been a crazy fan since. This is an excellent write-up, Josh.

Just a note: Codeine wasn't fronted by Chris Brokaw, but Stephen Immerwahr (who played bass and sang). Brokaw drummed only on the first full-length.

While I loved everything she's written (even the essays!), I wasn't sure how to react to another book in the same setting. This review wiped away my concern, so thanks!

Just watched that episode for the first time and it was on my shortlist for best episode. I wish I would've gotten into this show sooner.

I still have all of my old, tattered d6 books on my shelf. I got into gaming with them and still use them as a measuring stick for how to correctly handled licensed property.

I got into D&D with 3.0, and grew to appreciate 4E for what it was (and, honestly, grew to hate a lot of 3.5 thanks to the relentless "Pathfinder is the only game that matters!" mantra that I somehow encounter daily).

Don't forget that the basic rules (and DMG) are free on Wizard's site.
