This was a fantastic episode. Not sure what was so bad about the tailor and rock and tire iron - I thought the "will this guy whack Brody" sequences were tense and well-done.

Watched this episode and thought it was an audacious and bravura tour de force by David Simon. I mean, 53 minutes of a completely blank screen with no sound? Who does this? An artistic genius of magnitude one, that's who! I wondered if this was some sort of post-modern, Zydeco-inflected take on that Andy Warhol…

My favorite part of the Newsroom this season was where Dan and Casey were having a discussion about something, and then Donna blew through with a witty bon mot, followed shortly by a jum cut to the Winklevoss twins being angry about something.

How does the DEA have probable cause to go after that lawyer? They can follow anyone, but from the reaction of the bank teller when the guy brings in his "cake pops" it seems as if they are already set up on the locale. Is a bank going to let them walk in on the guy in the safe deposit room without a warrant?
And then…
