$500 for mostly the same thing seems like a lot when the middle class is collapsing

Ah thanks for confirming this, I was wondering how I had missed that in what was one of the best scenes of the movie. Glad it was removed too.

Wow AV Club, watch Orange Is the New Black much? Folks,

My copy of the Big Thief album is out for delivery but I'm at work. I will update this space with my thoughts at a later date. Thank you.

They seem to agree, they've broken out "Windowsill," "Black Mirror," and the title track at the recent live shows after they've been mothballed for a decade.

5 is Wolves, then 6 is Song of Susannah. I'm almost done with 5 now, so the end is definitely in sight!

I just had that last night. Not usually a hibiscus fan but it was pretty tasty indeed.

Tool - Schism
Conor Oberst - Counting Sheep
Desaparecidos - Survival of the Fittest / It's A Jungle Out There
Tim Kasher - The Prodigal Husband

Oh wow, didn't realize Jerry was that old. He looks good!

Also Larry is old enough he can kind of pull off the "angry lovable old coot" kind of thing.

Sam confidently saying that their voices were coming through on the phone when they were having trouble with the voicemails, followed up by Kulap going "Hello?…hello?" when she finally picked up was perfection.

That's kind of the appeal of the books anyway, so far for me.

One major question was answered tonight. She is…keeping it tight.

It was not covered in the book. The book was basically the broad outline of season 1 and then pretty much never factored in again.

Wow I just got to the end of this and you said all that about her without even having seen this episode. You're in for a treat.
