This is fantastic news and I can't wait to hear it.

The last couple albums Nate Walcott was a permanent member too.

I was in Times Square 10 days ago at around 1 PM on a brilliantly sunny, 100 degree day. Yep, hell on earth.

Uh that Eastern European magic trick is pretty horrifying. Doesn't really jive with the overall tone.

Arcade Fire's The Suburbs came out 6 years ago today. For an album largely about nostalgia I have very nostalgic feelings about it.

Atwood's great but a lot in a row sounds like a tall order. I'd say make sure you read The Handmaid's Tale but that probably doesn't need to be said.

Went to a restaurant last night and the waitress explained that their special for the night was on craft beers, "so like, Blue Moon would be a craft beer." Took all I had to grit my teeth and keep the inner beer snob chained.

I just started The Girls by Emma Cline. It's kind of purply prose which I don't usually go in for, but it seems pretty good a quarter of the way through.

Sufjan Stevens - Vesuvius
The National - All the Wine
Cursive - Into the Fold
Modest Mouse - Blame It on the Tetons
Operators - Space Needle

I liked the low key CBB last week with Sean "not a guest you book in advance" Clements. Enjoyed when Skinner tried to get to the hook of her character and everyone kept blowing her off.

Actually Howl is just an empty computer

I liked Mitch's effusive praise of Unkar Plutt being like no other Star Wars character ever.

Nick did a pretty excellent job making that "cuck" question a lot less uncomfortable than it could have been. That was funny for a while but I think they should probably tone it down given the kind of stuff it's linked to.

Gillespie vaulted to favorite guest status after that episode. She fits in perfectly.

Okay sorry for using the incorrect terminology

This is probably said every week but check him out in Four Lions too. Shockingly funny movie.

Could see it coming but loved Stone hustling an extra $150 for the rehab files.

See I thought that guy was hilarious and kind of a meta comment on how there was only ever one relevant parent per household in all of the movies that inspired the series.

Saw Captain Fantastic. Not bad. Viggo is great and hangs major league dong.

Divorce sounds pretty good to me. It's created by Sharon Horgan, and Catastrophe is pretty universally acclaimed. And they're not household names I guess but Hayes Davenport and Tom Scharpling wrote for it.
