Yeah, that was both at once a stylistic departure and still perfectly fitting for what it was leading up to. If they really do shorten the episode orders for the coming seasons maybe they can get Miguel Sapochnik to just do all of them.

That could be why I made such an excited pronouncement. I was all settled in for the annual denouement and then we got that. Damn.

Oh man, in all that excitement I completely forgot Jorah existed and he's one of my favorite characters, Well in the second tier of favorites at least.

Loved how the writers realized the only way to make the Sand Snakes tolerable was to bring in someone to berate them and tell them how awful they are.

Been into Moonface (aka Spencer Krug from Wolf Parade) & Siinai's My Best Human Face. Very atmospheric and groovy with very blunt and often humorous lyrics.

Oh this is good. Fell in the shower, busted the tile wall, and have to pay for the repairs! (I live in an apartment.) They refused to give an estimate too so I just get to wait and be anxious all week. I got lucky on the physical side though, just a bunch of nasty bruises.
