I thought Burger Boy might actually lose his mind during that voting process that somehow ended up with Five Guys, which was eliminated in the mini episode, coming back and beating Burger King, which it had already lost to, and the higher-seeded Steak 'n Shake. I loved every moment of it though.

I thought AJ was great. An entitled annoying little shit, absolutely, but he contributed a lot more to the show than those other examples.

I have and I agree!

Yes I know, I was purposely understating it.

Ugh I hated Burial at Sea, thought it completely ruined Infinite's beautiful ending and also the character of Elizabeth. I actually had successfully purged it from my memory until I read this.

I absolutely loved 10 Cloverfield Lane for 90% of its running time and then merely tolerated the last 10%. So good before that though, with a couple genuinely gasp-worthy moments. John Goodman is a really good actor believe it or not.

Check Lauren-as-Todd desperately trying not to laugh as Moynihan complains of hurting his belly fold at the bus station.

Give it a rest already.

That dead look in her eyes as the chorus of "Brick" blared was amazing.

Pretty standard Ricky Coogin comment then.

Could you phrase this any more obnoxiously? Curious if it's possible

Wrong

I was hoping for Modest Mouse

I'll co-sign this. I love HDTGM but the mini-episodes where he's by himself are painful to listen to.

I was really impressed with Jessica McKenna on last week's episode. She takers her burgers seriously. I'm on board for this.

I could not be more on board for this

Lauren split up with her husband so now's your chance.

Same, they largely eschewed it on the setlist too so I think they agree.

Finished Firewatch last weekend. I had heard the ending was awful but it worked fine for me.

I saw them last year just because Desaparecidos were opening, but they were really great. Gave me a new appreciation for them.
