This holiday season…

It turns out Reaganomics didn't work on Coruscant either.

I'm still 99% sure "Rey" is Han and Leia's daughter in witness protection (so to speak). I think they're casting Luke's daughter for Ep VIII. Perhaps the role Tatiana Maslany was rumored for.

"In five hours, I get to hear this new Weezer album! I'm sure it'll be as good as the first two!" - 10 million '90s kids on Napster

Sounds like Lupita Nyong'o as Maz Kanata (sort of the Yoda of this movie).

According to reliable rumors, he only appears in two scenes (a flashback/force vision) and the very end where Rey tracks him down. He's being saved for Ep. VIII and IX.

I still can't buy tickets…Fandango has been crashing for hours and so has my local theater website. Damn nerds! (Like myself.)

I was underwhelmed as well…but in a good way. I was just disappointed there wasn't more. It felt like another (great) teaser.

BTW: Only one lens flare shot…and it was appropriate (some sort of explosion in space seen through a window).

NOOOOO I WANT MORE!!!! And that's why I love this trailer. It conveys the tone and feel of the movie without spoiling any surprises.

It's ironic how people criticize Melissa McCarthy for being a one-dimensional, female Chris Farley when she broke into Hollywood with a role that is the complete and total OPPOSITE of that persona. Sookie is the epitome of polite yuppiedom — someone whose biggest concern is finding the right port wine for an autumn

This episode pretty much sums up the show's decline. It's a very funny, even quotable episode but it's just so stupid and crazy and mean-spirited.

Because The Simpsons ended 17 years ago?

Apology accepted, Captain Needa.

I'm guaranteed to see this 3-7 times in theaters, but I'm still undecided on whether to go opening night.

Golden showers.

So Nick Offerman is playing Dale Gribble?

Don't know if I'm reaching here, but this is from the Wikipedia entry for the "Roswell UFO incident":

That was pretty fantastic on every level. I hope this is the new trend among dramas — one season story arcs. Even Mad Men and Breaking Bad began to drag their feet towards the end. The Wire to a lesser extent as well (e.g. fake serial killer plotline).
