Yeah, I was with Wood X-Men until the final issue of the first arc where lots of people fretted about lots of things and then a bunch of things that mooted their concerns happened for no reason.

Just go for the Ultron stuff (0, 19-22) if you want to save money. That was probably the high point of the series. I've read arcs here and there and always liked what I read, though.
