This has nothing to do with my own pop culture experiences of the decade, but holy shit is Dan Auerbach's solo work genius. I just got around to listening to it a couple weeks ago and I'm so impressed. I don't know why, but I've never been able to get into The Black Keys so it was refreshing to say the least.
