Okay, so admittedly this season of Dexter has left a lot to be desired.  I'm also thinking about boycotting the show.  The only thing keeping me watching is to see where they are headed with the weird intern and the ice truck killer's prosthetic hand thing.  Any ideas?  Even though at this point, it feels like only…
