Jambalaya!!  I liked Wayne Knight on the 2002 version of The Twilight Zone. He was in an episode called "How Much Do You Love Your Kid" as a smarmy reality tv show host where a frantic mom had to jump through hoops to prove how much she loved her kid. It was a cool idea with a nice twist at the end.
