Lost is worth the watch. The ending isn't that satisfying but it's not terrible. And IMO it doesn't undo what the show did like HIMYM did.

And if they don't back out of S2, they should make it an anthology show. Like True Detective but for music. These characters aren't worth a second season.

He's gotta have a huge trust fund or something. His dad is mega rich and his dad is grooming him to be president. He probably wants to be independent so his dad isn't pulling strings more than he is now, but when push comes to shove he knows he'll never want for money.

Don Draper isn't an anti-hero. He's just tragic. His story is about trying to save his soul and find peace. It's not like a Soprano or a White, where the story is about them either not having one or losing theirs.

This is the solution to all Zombie apocalypses. Everyone stand on their roof with a baseball bat would solve the whole thing over night.

I think Community S4 is on par with S3 in terms of quality. S3 was trying to squeeze hackneyed drama from really weird plot lines. Chang, criminal misuse of John Goodman, Tritta with zero chemistry, Abed's day dreams being treated like it was a serious topic?

Or a much better explanation (realistic) would be he likes women, but is nervous. Plenty of hetro guys get really awkward around women because of the sexual tension (often one sided).

Back when that Harry Potter book game out, people were spamming message boards with "SNAPE KILLS DUMBLEDOR" to be dicks. I've never read a word of those books, and at least knew that.

You quit at the right time. The show used to be about a tragic man who lost the love of his life and resorted to meaningless sex and drugs to cope. Now it's just a guy who has meaningless sex and drugs and sometimes tries to get back with his ex. Season 4 should have been the end. They wrapped up all the plots then

2) Everyone knows when your wife says, "Do x or y, I don't care" that really means, "I really fucking care, don't you dare pick the wrong one."

I've always taken it as "afraid of women" taken to the extreme. I know guys who effectively cannot talk to a woman they are interested in.

Anyone who has even been to engineering school or did a hard sciences major could tell you, Big Bang Theory nails the archetypes of people you find in that crowd. Sheldon is the least realistic, mostly because a person like him would be even less social, and probably wouldn't be so into fiction.

The contrast between sub plots was to point out how a large part of the world is hostile to their interests, while the women who love them become  open to their interests. Which kind of reinvigorates their imagination (pretending to be a team who busts into the doors).

Plenty of nerds don't like sci fi or fantasy. Amy and Bernadette are nerds but not geeks.

I think she was just surprised he was quitting office. I'm pretty sure Brody did it to establish an good reason to go to the VP.

Sci-fi/fantasy is the worst at creating believable plotting over the long term. And I say that as a sci-fi fan.

Especially after he knows his wife was fucking Mike the night before. And Dana doesn't like him at the moment.
