And for those who don't know: Les Goldman's Tom & Jerrys SUCKED*
And for those who don't know: Les Goldman's Tom & Jerrys SUCKED*
I remember as a kid absolutely soaking up all the talent behind the classic cartoons. Til this day I still know that Fred Quimby-produced Tom & Jerry cartoons always used Scott Bradley for the music composition. That Friz Freleng put out some quality cartoons and that Chuck Jones was [a little] overrated (his Tom &…
Looney Tunes isn't Looney Tunes
without the classic directors, animators and voice actors.
Nah, they just have those private jet interiors and gold teeth as rentals for the weekend.
It's pretty lame
but I typically don't add new releases to my queue anyway. I remember reading about this deal a couple months ago and noticed that it applied to Where The Wild Things Are (which, at one point, had release date availability and then mysteriously got pushed back nearly a month).
Agree with you about Better Off Ted more so than 30 Rock. I've started watching the former and while I find it enjoyable it doesn't live up to the amount of hype I kept hearing about it. 30 Rock I find significantly more enjoyable when I actually do watch it, but for whatever reason I'm never in the mood to actually…

I watched the GI Joe film with some good friends and had a blast laughing at all the idiotic moments in it. It really is the type of film you shouldn't see at the theater unless you're totally comfortable with making fun of it aloud.
Kat Falls
The name makes me want to make a film about waterfalls made out of cats.
No, Yee Yee is right. I like Party Down, but it took me a little while to warm up to it because all the Netflix user reviews I read about it prior to watching it kept saying how it was nearly as good as Arrested Development.
The UMD: I agree with you about Saints Row. As a huge fan of San Andreas I was surprised that SR1 felt terribly boring. I think what was so excellent about San Andreas was that it combined good writing and missions with the ability to just tool around for hours. GTA 4 had the former, but not the latter. Saints Row…
The demo is perhaps too good. I mean, the game seems like a lot of fun but I have zero desire to spend any money on it since I can just play the 30 minute demo as much as I want.
Will Smith always taught me that's how a bag full of a true Philly cheese steak was supposed to look.
Thank you
but I'd rather wait and see Tarsem Singh's imagining of this story.
Purga-potty: I heartily disagree. I'd rather a baby say "I shit myself" or "I'm hungry" than scream at the top of its lungs over every insignificant thing like its "need" to eat every so often or that it *doesn't* want to wallow in its crap anymore.
Poon. No Tang.
Eh
I don't really dislike him, but I feel like they could have gone with a more interesting and dynamic choice than Evans. They were willing to go for a less Superhero-ish looking actor for Iron Man and that paid off well.
Fob: It's home to Indiana University, which has about 40,000 students and faculty on the Bloomington campus alone. It's no Bluffington (although The Beets did play here once) but it's a big enough population of 18-35 year olds to warrant showing your film here.
Hmm
"That continues a losing streak for upstart distributor Apparition, which also took (mystifyingly) low grosses for critical favorites like Bright Star and Black Dynamite. "
crotchinator: agreed…the charm that the two leads possess is largely what keeps me watching the movie again and again.
