I feel The Sixth Sense doesn't cheat because even though they did a montage of all the clues, you were indeed given them out in the open beforehand. But in The Usual Suspects, you were never shown how he was looking at the bulletin board. So the ending was more of a twist or a surprise than in The Sixth Sense. Does

I still love Star Wars, but as I get older I feel it is less and less a great movie.

I like corn. "You'll Never Walk Alone" gets me.

JFC, I just pissed away a solid hour reading comments, commenting on comments, commenting, responding to responses.

Does The Usual Suspects hold up to multiple viewings? I saw it when it came out and enjoyed it a great deal but I said I'd never watch it again because it is a one-trick pony.

Yeah, I see a lot of titles on here which are not "beloved masterpieces". I went on a rant about how I hate Vertigo but I am pretty sure that film is not both beloved and a masterpiece.

I love that movie. I get why others do not. But I love it. It is brilliant.

My visceral dislike of The Other Phoenix ruined The Master for me. I haven't seen Inherent Vice (I liked the book) and I am so mad he is in Her because I'd really like watching Spike Jonze's works.

Infinite Jest sits on my shelf so when people come over they think I am a man of recent letters, lol.

I didn't like the film either.

I love both films. And that's fine.

I liked 2001 but I can't watch anything by Tarkovsky. Solaris was like watching paint dry.

Bless you.

I recall liking Collateral. I never really liked Michael Mann films, save Thief.

I never liked the film. Too clever by half.

I love Khan but I have no interest in trying to convince you it is great.

I was 23 when Pulp Fiction came out and I loved it. It had such energy, such verve.

I always put his films in my queue, but I never watch them.

I hate The Catcher in the Rye, but I love John Knowles's A Separate Peace. It's arguably in the same genre you detailed, but I think Knowles wrote a masterpiece.

Does anyone consider Friends a masterpiece? I thought it was occasionally funny but it is also very much of its time. It has already dated horribly.
