This is just a reverie and not a comment on the movie per se, though I do love it and recently watched it on Hulu (worth the eight bucks a month just for the Criterion Collection).

What makes it for me is Allison Janney's ability to laugh convincingly. That is hard to do. I wish they hadn't set up the joke (her finding odd names funny). It would have been ten times funnier had it been a surprise.
