Huh.
I had no idea that 71% on Rotten Tomatoes (Paul) and 81% (Lincoln Lawyer) were considered mediocre. I learned something today.

@AnAmPat
This wasn't that great two years ago on Videogum
and it hasn't aged well.
This movie is PG-13 minutes long?
I can't even make a snarky joke about that.
Quite understandable
I saw "Battle: Los Angeles" this weekend, and that too was a victim of poor timing. It's a bit awkward to hear "Tokyo has been destroyed" and then see large waves rocket into the LA coast, knocking people over and tossing shit around.
I felt that Michael would have spent tens of thousands of dollars on this over the years, as it was his pet project and replacement for children
I loved it
It was really obvious that the writers watched "Dee Reynolds: Shaping America's Youth" and decided to make their own "Lethal Weapon 5," but the results were fantastic. I was in tears during Michael's Woody Allen / Antz / Bug's Life monologue.
I'll take a 3.5/10
Cage gets a point for not being Enrique Iglesias, even if their entire new album is shaped after a poorly-chosen Pixies greatest hits record. Tighten Up is a fairly badass song, as is The Show Goes On.
I loved the crap out of this episode
I don't really understand where it's getting dislike/hate. Come on, "WE WANT DRUGS!" is singlehandedly better than any other sitcom's anti-drug slogans.
Wow
This definitely didn't come about twenty years too late
Alan Wake, Rock Band 3, Black Ops
These are the three games from 2010 I will cherish the most.
This is Happening
Most people would say Home, but I definitely vote for Somebody's Calling Me. It's a selfish copy of Nightclubbing that's only on there for Murphy's enjoyment.
Oh, and her last straw? That I wouldn't pay for the Cheesecake Factory because I was broke and wouldn't get a paycheck for another week.
There really wasn't much to it. We had been getting distant and I was really close to deciding the relationship wasn't worth it, but we went out anyway. She wanted to see Splice, so I figured why not.
I've seen 30 films this year, and I still haven't gotten around to The Town, 127 Hours, True Grit, Black Swan, King's Speech, etc.
I was surprised not to see This Film Is Not Yet Rated
I watched that, and it was pretty funny and pretty meta. It probably inspired the Inventory now that I think about it.
I think it's more that Troy realized he was the only person who could drive. Also, if it's his first experience in a bar, his prior times drinking would have been at happier occasions (until he injured himself doing the keg flip; they're very hard to do), and he realized it's not all fun and games as an adult and…
I have another 15 minutes before my lecture on Food and Culture in World Societies lets out.
So…
you're insinuating this guy's funny? Because it seems I don't agree.
Really, guys?
I know Cudi's act's a little stupid now that he's rich and famous, but he has a history of getting introspective and I've been loving Man on the Moon 2. REVOFEV and Marijuana are pretty great tracks.
