I don't use the phrase "greatest fucking movie of all time" very often*…but Miller's Crossing is the greatest fucking movie of all time.

The first film of theirs that I truly, truly loved, that set off my lifelong love affair with them, was Hudsucker. Then I heard people at the time talking about how weak it was and my teenage brain totally didn't get it. I thought they were talking about a different movie.
