A note of caution for those rewatching along (and ESPECIALLY for those watching for the first time): Get the DVDs. If you're watching on Netflix, you're going to get generic replacements of no fewer than five instances of pop music integrated into the soundtrack in these two episodes alone, and as far as I can tell,

My theory from last week remains unchanged: I think the "real" world is one in which both  the wife and the son are dead, so both "universes" are actually hallucinations.

Also, Sacred Heart is not in Florida.

Wow, you're totally baiting us Community fans now.

But… Turk never insinuated that he cared more than Dr. Cox. Cox started the whole fight by making fun of Turk for not going to the funeral.

More likely, it was one of those "polite" invitations that she wasn't actually expecting him to accept. Still, yes, I think that scene was a little too on-the-nose in terms of the characters there, who basically cornered Turk into a conversation that sounded like it came straight out of his nightmares… and Carla was

Elliott didn't screw it up because "J.D. is not allowed" to date her. She screwed it up because J.D. spent the first half of that episode acting like a grade-A ass to Elliott. But that's still two years away from where we're at now, so maybe try to keep up with the conversation, eh?

We're only about a month away from the review of "My Philosophy," which is another one of my favorite episodes ever.

At least two of them were simultaneous, and there was cocaine involved. But they'd probably prefer that you forget that.

There's something a little off-putting about Scrubs' sense of standards throughout this week's two episodes. Did anyone else think it was weird that Dr. Cox made fun of J.D. for wearing a lab coat in "My New Coat," when Cox himself wears one? (Well… usually. Cox's lab coat is conspicuous in its absence this episode.)

There's no Season 3 DVD set, so it's a moot point.

Of course, I've been wrong before…

The main thing I felt was "off" about this episode was that the Kretchmars were too over-the-top, even for Pete & Pete. Faced with absurd amounts of inconvenience and outright coersion, they simply will not move out of these house that they bought fully-furnished with other people's stuff. Pete & Pete could work

Duly noted.

Rodney Dangerfield, I thought.

No, that was probably intentional (unfortunately). Chupacabra, from the Spanish Chupar, meaning "to suck" and Cabra, meaning "goat." Literally "Goatsucker."

This was the first time Archer has ever slept with Pam. He's always seemed repulsed by her before. To each their own, I guess, but if you gave me my choice of the female leads on Archer, I'd go for Pam every time.

I agree that the one on Lucas Neff's face looked fake (distractingly so, unfortunately). I'm pretty sure it's because that scene required him to be freaking out while the spider was on him, which would have put him at risk for a real-life bite.

@dagreenman18:disqus , they did cancel Breaking In. Twice. And then they brought it back. Twice.
