Definitely a worthy choice.

Oh my god, yes. Agreed 100%.

I think they actually meant to imply that Turk had gotten better at surgery, a road that arguably begins with this episode.

I'm going to shave my word count significantly this week by simply agreeing with everything Myles had to say about "My Sacrificial Clam." Despite taking some reasonable risks, it's not one of the more ambitious episodes of this season, yet it's executed basically to perfection. I'm also a big fan of how the C-story

Every so often, there's a Pete & Pete episode about characters going crazy over obsessions with things that have never been introduced to the viewer before. Sometimes it works really well, such as in "The Call," or "Inspector 34." Sometimes, it doesn't, such as in "When Petes Collide," "The Big Quiet," and - sorry to

Oooh, yeah, that's an all-time favorite.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't Arsenio only appear on the show in the guise of a clip of The Arsenio Hall Show, talking about Robin Colcourt's French mistress? It wasn't like he just wandered into the bar, unless I'm forgetting some other appearance.

Wow, I didn't look it up, but I assumed he was a made-up character. Holy cow; he's not!

I don't remember them mistaking Dukakis for a news anchor, though I do remember a cold open where the guys saw Dukakis buying a newspaper. They get all excited, then debate over what to call him (settling on "Duke"), then choke up and just say "Hi," when he passes by.

Yep, Season 4: "Someday My Prince Will Come."

My favorite Al appearance was when Sam had that dream about Rebecca, in which she pulled off her face to reveal… well, you can probably figure out the rest.

"At last! A Desdemona who fights back!"

I loved this episode for everything mentioned above. I like "Homicidal Ham" for that awesome Othello re-creation. I can't stand the Halloween episode where he comes back, and he was such a minor parts of the finale that I didn't care either way, though it was funny.

NORM!

Todd, I think perhaps the current show best-suited (ideally-suited, in fact) for a real-life political cameo would be Parks and Recreation. Perhaps not John Boehner (though maybe)… but I could totally picture Dick Luger or Evan Bayh dropping in for a brief appearance, playing himself giving a speech to commemorate

I very nearly forgot about that role. He was brilliant there.

One observation and one prediction:

In the land of sitcoms, status quo is god. I thought Jerry's constant screw-ups would just be one of those facts of the office, so it genuinely shocked me on a first run-through to see that they actually went through with firing him.
