Also, I never doubted that Glee was one of the saddest shows on TV. The show was originally going to be titled 'Glum', after all.

THANK THE LORD!
The fake pregnancy plot is finally fucking dead! Hallelujah! Free at last!

Vampire pun!

History of Violence?
Seriously?

Lone Audience - No, no, no. "The Littlest Cancer Patient on Ice". Anything else would be unacceptable.

It's really interesting to rewatch the first season because you notice that the show first showed signs of going off the rails after Peter saved Claire and it was clear the show had no clue where to go from there. That's how I saw it, at least. anybody else agree?

Seriously. The entire time I was thinking, "Do you not at least have access to a thesaurus?"

Could we just stop with the themes, please?
They really aren't as clever as the writers seem to think they are.

nice pic
I like how both Pasdar and Quinto look like they're thinking, "What the fuck am I doing here?"

"I… thought we were hunting together."
Do the writers try to have at least one Leslie/Ann lesbian moment per episode or something?

@Average America

Actually, I heard that NBC's ratings are so far in the toilet that this is seriously one of their more successful shows. If that's true, I don't see it getting cancelled anytime soon.

No, he still had his super strength when the government agents were chasing him down. Kring just thinks continuity is a city in China. I'm really starting to see why he originally planned to hit the reset button at the end of each season, because he has some serious ADHD.

I imagine that he said something mildly critical of Joss Whedon and this is his eternal perdition as demanded by his fellow AV Clubbers. Even if this show is cancelled, they'll just force him to recap Heroes fanfic until he dies.

Genius
So, is the scene where Troy gets pissed about Pierce being at the top of the class coming up in the next episode, or will they be ballsy enough to save it for the finale, making it one of the longest callbacks in comedy history?

Plus the show's recapped by a couple of gay guys who like to take time out of every recap to coo over Puck and/or Kurt. So the fact that he hated an ep that focused on both of those characters really surprised me.

Yikes
TWOP really, really hated this episode. I keep forgetting that there are people who actually prefer the zany, campy side of this show.

Rule of thumb: if Terri's in a promo, the episode will suck.

I totally agree. My only problem is that the show's still using the whole "word of the day" device to tell us what the show is about. And, judging by the promo, I don't have high hopes for tomorrow's "Rachel's hot for teacher" story. But I can definitely see this show at the very least becoming something legitimately

Admit it, VanDerWerff
You were at least tempted to give this episode a high F, weren't you? You know, just to be clever?
