"…while I do agree that the Ando/Hiro stuff was the weakest part of the show, it still wasn't as bad as their adventures usually are."

I must admit
When Matt, Peter, and Mohinder drugged Noah, it was probably the smartest thing any of them has done in years. Maybe the writers are onto something: the best way to keep those three from coming off as totally incompetent is to give them as little screen time as possible.

Well, S&M is a pretty expensive thing to get into. In case you didn't notice, it's hard to ask the dollar store staff where they keep their leather whips and ass-less chaps without coming off as some sort of freak.

I'm pretty sure I read that Joss said reshooting the pilot was his call, and FOX just agreed with him.

No love for the Pachycephalosaurus? That's cold, y'all.

Line of the night
"I might have sodomized our former vice-president while under the influence of military grade narcotics."

My crazy-ass theory
I've been suspecting that Astrid is some sort of mole, if only because the show hasn't been making much use of her, which led me to believe they were just saving her to service some sort of plot twist. Now I'm even more suspicious, since it's plausible she got her job as Walter's assistant to keep

The blatant product placement for Shinehart Wigs gets a little annoying, though.

Oh but there is. Remember Hiro time-traveling to see the world split in two? Old habits die hard, I guess.

It's an improvement, to say the least. But they seriously need to work on the dialogue because, as Josh pointed out, the whole liberators line wasn't just a weak analogy, it also didn't make any fucking sense. If they could just remedy that, even the sub-par acting would become more tolerable.

Overused Line
Looks like "It takes a shot to the back of the head" is this volume's "I get my strength from fear".

Enough canoes and water bottles
When are the I6 going to flash to witness the smoke monster's origin already? I hope this isn't something they're saving for the final season.

I'm gonna go out on a limb and guess that it's the "incident" that gave Miles his abilities.

I think he'll use his mind-reading to shout out plot spoilers. No longer will Juliet's inexplicably oblique answers obstruct our understanding!

That's it, no more typing while I'm having a stroke.

A relatively non-crappy episode
I have a begrudging sense of optimism, for once. My only real gripe is that both Nathan and HRG are in on this kidnapping thing. That means we're going to get a double dose Of Claire "I hate my daddy" Bennett's angst. Thank you, Heroes, because lord knows you didn't beat that dead horse

Wait a second
People still sit through entire episodes of SNL? And not in a "holy crap, stop the car so we can check out that train wreck" sense?
