Not his label, again.  The label that Future is signed to is trying to take down the track, as it came out without their permission and implies Future is OK with that line, which I doubt he is.

I mean, I got into hip-hop as a teenager, and some of the first rap I heard and really liked were Lil Wayne's pre-Carter 3 and post-Carter 2 mixtapes.  They're great stuff.

Epic is not Lil Wayne's label, they are Future's label, AKA the label that did not sign Lil Wayne, and since this track leaked, did not approve the remix. Lil Wayne's label (Young Money, which he runs, and parent label Universal) have not apologized.
