I don't get tagging Shannel as the villain, either, particularly since she seems so much more low-key and likable this season.  I mean, if you have to have a villain, I guess she'll work, but (particularly in this episode's Untucked) I found her much more sympathetic.

I don't have any problems with her cattiness towards Sharon — Chad did lose $100,000 to her. That's a lot of scratch.
