The TV rights to Plastic Man were tied up with another company at the time.  They finally cut through the red tape when Brave and the Bold went into production.

As of a few months ago, the entire series was streaming for free on Disney's own website.

They made up for it later when he became one of the best recurring characters on Brave and the Bold.

This is funnier than the actual show has been for at least the past three seasons.

"Twin Peaks" comics were almost a real thing, actually.
