For me My Own Personal Jesus works much better if you watch it as a one off (say, at Christmas) without the influence of any other episode. I still notice the plot holes, but… the spirit of Christmas makes them less annoying?

I watched Drake & Josh, but I didn't remember her. I also don't remember her being in 500 Days of Summer. I do remember her in That's So Raven, though.
