People seem to forget that La La Land made $385 million, the most of any original live action movie this year. I don't buy the narrative that La La Land is Crash 2.0. It's a lovely film, that at the end of the day, was probably beat by a hair.

This episode is fantastic and is the perfect way to approach both sides of the conversation. It's available early for those interested.

It's a fair comment, but HBO made the episode available early as they knew most eyes would be on the Oscars.

It's weird. I'm working on Fargo S3 right now and there's still no release date or trailer out yet. Same thing - they needed to wait for snow (and Noah Hawley to shoot his other 154 shows). Froze my nuts off in the Canadian weather today. Great cast though. High hopes for this season.

I thought this was the best episode in years. YEARS. So, to see a 'B' grade made me skip the article and head to comments.

New Yorkkkkkkk! You wanted the BEST? Well, they couldn't fucking make it! So, from Hollywood. Guns. N'. ROSES!

Or maybe, just maybe, he's half black. ;)

Use Your Illusions I and II, while bloated are iconic records. November Rain, Civil War, Don't Cry, Estranged, etc. are great songs. Not to mention the lesser known epics of Locomotive and Coma. Both albums went to #1 and are 7x platinum in the US alone. But yea - Appetite is some kind of special: Welcome to the

I mean they don't need to televise the event. The SAG awards weren't televised until very recently. These awards are really for the people in the industry and I think we should be glad we have the opportunity to eavesdrop in on the evening if we choose to do so.

In the season with the "haters" monologue, we seem to be lacking the haters in the comments. WTF haters!

I know this show is dumb, but damn if it isn't fun.

City of stars… are you shining just for me?

I was really surprised by the lack of screen time for Ali when I first saw Moonlight. He's sort of in the movie…

When Emma Stone acts, the seams are hidden, especially in this role. Gosling has that wry smile that he can turn on and off - but you notice it. I think they were both great in this, but I'll always lean toward subtle when given the chance.

I liked Nocturnal Animals a lot.

I actually laughed this episode! MULTIPLE TIMES!

It was a nice tribute, and maybe it was because I noticed Big Sean holds a note about as well as Kanye, but Strong had some real issues with pitch as well. Still enjoyed the heck out of it.

I haven't laughed this hard in a long time.

Because more people are famous today (because INTERNET), it means more celebrities will die at increasing rates.

I think you missed the point.
