Klaus: "That will really impress her this time, right? Right?!"
Klaus: "That will really impress her this time, right? Right?!"
So any bets on what Klaus will name the baby? "Henrik" if it's a boy, or maybe "Ragnar" if he wanted to go the traditional Viking route. If it's a girl he could go with something soft and feminine like "Lil' Asskicker".
Klaus has an Oedipal complex that can be seen for miles. Even if nothing romantic happens between him and Cami, she will at least have accumulated a few volumes worth of dissertation material on Klaus alone.
@1derer This episode made me realize the show has been wasting four years in Mystic Falls. There's way more interesting vampire towns to be in, and I bet their diaries make for a better read too (sorry Stefan).
He's so calm and collected so that when he snaps, it's unexpected, whereas Klaus and Rebekah throw tantrums only on days ending in "y".
The karaoke scene made me like Marcel even more. Another actor playing him might have made me cringe, but he managed to make it look fun without being cheesy. The scene also opened the door for a Caroline/Marcel duet in future crossover episodes.
He even managed to flirt with the bartender during all of this.
That scene was so out of place and just served to keep the Klaroline fans on board. He just found out he has a baby momma, I doubt he's going to be worried about wooing Caroline
I was with this pilot up until the pregnancy plot. It sounds like something ripped straight from fanfiction.
Any buttons you shouldn't press or hot stoves not to touch? I'm your Panda.
Not an Eli Roth fan, but like the train wreck that demands my attention, this show is compelling me to watch it.
This sounds terrible. Now I have to watch it.
The Silas almost-reveal had a weird, campy vibe that would have worked well on a show like Buffy, which always featured ridiculous looking monsters. This show, however, has always had a more serious tone and a history of attractive villains that seemed like they could exist in the world. The real Silas looks out of…
Werewolves?
I'm surprised those students remembered who any of those people in the pictures were. They probably were also wondering how their waiter from The Grill won prom king.
I thought Buffy and Spike were perfect for one another too. I bet psychologists could create an accurate personality test based on who patients think is Buffy's soulmate.
Caroline was great this episode even though she was more worried about planning prom than potentially bringing about the apocalypse. She's either an expert at sublimation or her priorities are majorly screwed up.
Oh, Tyler's in this?
I see the Klaus/Caroline relationship remaining unresolved like the Buffy/Angel one did when Angel left for his own show. Even though they'll be on separate shows, their relationship and interactions with one another will continue to inform their character development (which will be especially true for Klaus). It's…
Bon Jovi is on tour again. I'm sure being a roadie is on his bucket list somewhere.
