It's not that people don't recognize that Walt is evil.  This is hardly the first story in history that encourages you to root for the bad guy.

End of season 2/beginning of season 3.  When Walt is going under for his surgery he lets it slip that he has a 2nd cell phone.  She starts digging and finds about all the stuff he lied about.  Then in the first episode of season 3 he tells her about the meth.

Lydia is totally hot.

If there is a Goodman spin-off, I hope that he and Lavell Crawford are on board.  Every scene where they are together ends up being hilarious.

it's not the reason.  It's because they aren't the wives and girlfriends anymore; sisters are doing it (mostly drug trafficking) for themselves.

He's assuming she is an unwilling accomplice.  He's about a season too late on that one.  She's hip deep in this shit now and he's just driving her deeper.

That underground meth lab looks like death from asphyxiation just waiting to happen.  My claustrophobia kicked in just from looking at it.

The fact that Lydia's shoes are attached to a lovely pair of getaway sticks doesn't hurt, for sure

I'm not normally all that interested in women's shoes, but Lydia's are really beautiful.

Well it seems like the kind of gleefully offensive thing that they used to do on Chappelle's Show.  That's the thing, though; it only works if it's funny.  When it's terrible like this, it's just cringe humor without the humor.

Yes, yes, very good wrath.

I like Girls, but I do feel like Dunham is becoming a cautionary example of what happens when you are hailed as a genius too early.

Reading that, it seems to be a case of prosecutorial incompetence.  The law seems to anticipate this situation but the prosecutor has to charge the guy right.  Fucked up situation, but blame the prosecutors (and probably the elected officials, because there is a good chance that their screw up has something to do with

It's not a simile.

the reason that most rapists are not convicted is that the law requires proof beyond a reasonable doubt, and the majority of rape cases are one person's word against another's.  I'm a criminal defense attorney and I can tell you that police and DA's would love to convict more rapists.

The View isn't a show where you are supposed to do your research or know what you are talking about.  If it was, Shirley Shepard would never have been a host.

If Jimmy Buffet had died in 1972, he would be appreciated as a witty, humane singer-songwriter in the vein of John Prine or Steve Goodman.  Seriously, his first two albums are pretty good.

Oh hell yeah.  Marley makes a lot more sense if you put him in the context of Jamaican music in the 60s and 70s, instead of in the context of a dorm room full of brohams who never heard of Toots and the Maytals.

What about Paul's Boutique?  That seems like a nice middle ground, and their best album to boot.

Here's the thing about being an atheist:  once you've figured out there's no gods, it should be liberating.  You should be relieved of the obligation to think about gods and all the bullshit that goes along with it.  I think that the majority of atheists are this way.  But a handful of them just dwell on it
