See, the thing is, and I'm not the first one to say this, but WWE and most wrestling shows (like Lucha Underground) are shows ABOUT wrestling companies. You see the fictional behind the scenes, the booking AND the matches. Monday Night Raw isn't a wrestling show insomuch as a show about a wrestling show. It's like 30

I think that can be easily done. Even though the turnaround on HIMYM is a little slower than most multi-cam shows, it's still fast. They probably started production around the time BB aired.

I really, really liked the episode. It wasn't a pointed commentary - it was just a sit-back and tell some stupid jokes. I didn't find anything nagging about it, and it didn't end with a "everyone is fucking stupid" kick. A nice, welcome start to the season.

I don't think you would want just the Dunphy's. However, if they were the sole focused family, you could alternate between Jay/Gloria and Cam/Mitchell whenever there is a strong enough storyline to justify. Although that show would be a bunch harder to write, as you'd need to somehow connect the two stories more than

Wasn't this a few weeks ago? I was ridiculously confused for a second, but my iPhone tells me that I listened to this on the 12th April. Either way, it was a hugely interesting episode and very telling of their dynamic, in a good way. Awkward laughs! Friendship! The tag at the end of the episode was such a relief.

It's possibly because I'm really loving the guests as late, but 3-hours is great for I listen to them in hour/half-hour chunks and it's always enjoyable to dip back in. I really liked the Ganz ep.

I don't notice a performance loss, but my battery certainly does. It's crazy bad on an iPhone 4, especially if you travel a few hours each day.

I really, really enjoy the Hostful Nerdist episodes. I tend to enjoy the three guys catching up more than Chris chatting with some guy I don't know. It's free-form nature is part of what I enjoy — its just what is on their minds. Plus you sometimes get really fun people who are hanging around where they are filming,

There's a great episode with her on You Made It Weird where she really goes into it. Pete Holmes often cites it as his fave episode of the show.

They joke about that, the takedowns etc, sometimes. The show is at it's peak when it's self-aware enough that all we want it a group of kids taking down other groups of kids/Georgina.

I would say season three was a disaster; half the time I couldn't tell whether the animosity between the characters was scripted or just the genuine seething between the actors spilling out, but from season four onwards, I thought of it as something as an uptick. Went from a chore to a show I actively enjoyed. Not

HAS to be.

And they would have gotten away with it too if it wasn't for those kids on Reddit!

It's not like any of those characters *needed* to be white though. If making characters "token" gets more diversity on TV, it shouldn't be an awful thing. This isn't the same deal as Girls.

I think it's better than than Ricky's stuff though - which steals from the radio shows far more in my books. I saw him live though so perceptions may be skewed.

I liked the Smallville finale because it represented what the show is incredibly well. It was equally both fucking awful and really quite sweet and cool.
