Well, let's hope for the AV Club commenters that the IGN ones don't have barbed-wired bats ! ^^

I wasn't trying to be snarky, I was trying to be funny (one not necessarily excluding the other I reckon…). But I get your point.
After last time, George Lucas or not, I remain skeptical…><
Whenever I want to "dive in" a post-apocalyptic zombie-filled fictional world, I replay the STALKER games. Much more elegant, subtle, enjoyable, entertaining and poetic.
At least there was no Katey Sagal cover this time…
"No happy ending" is fine. "No ending at all, and the same re-hashed bullshit all over again every time" is not.
….that we know of !
For all we really know, they might actually be walking in circles since the first season too !
Funny, the "torture porn soap opera" line there works nicely for the last seasons of "Sons of Anarchy"….! Ôo
They actually tried to find litterate people who enjoyed the show more and would review it in a more, let's say, pleasant mood.
Batting people to death is one way of defining tomorrow's fashion I guess ! ^^
When I pretty much gave up on this show at the end of its third season (and I really hung in there during it !), it was because, yes, it was beginning (not really, it had been for a time…) to be boring and felt botched, but mostly because it felt to me there was no "point", no "end game" for it all.
The one with the inflated ego….no, wait…!
As a French-born man, and although I don't drink or even like wine, and even if I usually do not speak with that insufferable french accent, I'll say this (in an insufferable french accent) :
"That's what divas are like, I guess. Or people who need therapy." Yep. That's about it.
I gave up on "The Walking Dead" after the third season finale.
I still feel I should get a medal for watching "Sons of Anarchy" AND "The Bastard Executioner" to the very end. ><"
I only really cared about the first 151 Pokemons. The ones from Gold and Silver were nice, and I liked the new map and gameplay changes. But after that, those games were like stomping on my childhood's face and not much else…
I've recently discovered the "Edain Mod" for "Battle for Middle-Earth II - Rise of the Witch King". It's waaaaaaaaaay better than the base game !
I've recently given up on "Far Cry Primal" (can Ubisoft stop making the same game all the time ?).
There is a scene, when they try to lure and catch the Predator in a net trap, in which you can see quite a lot of leaves on the ground. The sub-equatorial climate of the colombian jungle, for instance, would have way less dead leaves on the ground. Well, as far as I know…
The only problem I have with it (other than the jungle not really looking like a South America jungle and more like northern Mexico…) is the "gunshooting the rebels in their camp" scene. But I think the second unit director did that, not MacTiernan. Myabe that's why…
