It seems like alot of people are taking Glen's death hard and slamming Kirkman's latest episode because of it.  I don't understand.  We knew that characters we cared about were going to die.  Kirkman was up front about this from the beginning.

Is Carl tough or is he lucky?  What part did he have in his recovery.  When Hershel patched him up he was lucky, when he survived his second gun shot wound he was even more lucky.  Other than those 2 incidents he has been saved countless times by others.  I'd say he's lucky.
