Avatar: The Last Airbender
My fiance and I just finished Avatar: The Last Airbender today. Really enjoyed it. I don't watch many (or any really) cartoons, but Avatar: The Last Airbender is so much better than I ever thought it could be.
I see what you did there camel. I approve.
Jay Baruchel
When I saw the interview with Jay Baruchel earlier this week I thought to myself, "why? The should interview frightened rabbit." AV Club, I would pay twice as much as I currently am to keep you in my life.
Joanna Newsom
Regardless of length, and sequencing, is there enough good material here to garner an A? I won't complain about the album in terms of an album if there are a few extra tracks.
Crash
I read crash in a Postmodern Lit class and to be honest I was turned off. I'm glad it made it on the where not to start list.
I'm so glad you didn't take this comment elsewhere. Final Fantasy is amazing.
Todd VW
This is a solid review.
Steve Heisler is wrong.
Bear Grylls? Terrible choice. That guy is nothing compared to Les Stroud. Man vs. Wild may be more entertaining but Les Stroud is way more badass. He carries his own cameras, actually (until somebody prove he doesn't) goes out, builds his own shit! Bear Grylls is a celebrity who climbed…
I liked Weeds for about 7 episodes between seasons 1 and 2. But holy man, that show became terrible.
Lynne
I'm not sure at what point I started, but I imagined Lynne's character to look like Jane Lynch. I have no imagination.
Then We Came To The End
Maybe it's a bit premature, but I was wondering what you thought of his first novel Ellen? I just finished it for the book club, and I wondered how you think it stacks up against this one. The only other review I've read for The Unnamed was in the New York Times, and it wasn't so positive.
