Actually the 'Wiggum' kid in Camp Krusty doesn't look very much like the well-established proto-Ralph from earlier seasons, other than the identical haircut. There was no real plan, the two characters (witty Chorus member and Wiggum's son) just got merged into one guy for 'I Love Lisa'.

It was less of a Conan Rip-off and more of a Yojimbo rip-off, but you're right, the four-breasted woman was the most memorable part of the film. Especially since those breasts contained… a surprise….
