I don't think that Arthur's family will necessarily connect Rita's murder with Kyle Butler. No reason to think they'll splash Dexter's face — as opposed to just his name — all over the news just because his wife got killed.
I think Sidraeha's right on — the scenes between Pam and Erin emphasize the difference in their approaches to the ridiculous job of being Michael's secretary. There's no bad blood between them. Pam seemed bemused, not angry, during the honeymoon candy confrontation (which was hilarious). As for Erin, I don't think…
