The humor of permanently resurrecting a tertiary character would be fleeting. Like Ms. Woozah, all I need to see is Alaric. Just one scene, up at the bar in the Mystic Grille, Damon, Alaric, drinking bourbon and not saying a dang thing to each other. If VD serves up some classic drinking buddies action, I might

Wait a minute, wait a minute, wait a minute. How is Matt the one not doing well in school? By my count, he's the only one that shows up. He shows up for class, for sports, special clubs — just everything. That's lame that he's worried about going to college while these Elena-centered supernaturals couldn't care less.

Let's not forget the Tardis' key says "SMITHS" on it. I took that to mean Matt SMITH'S Doctor/Tardis. That's a meta-Easter Egg if there ever was one.

Most episodes this season just didn't make much sense to me. There were times I had to rewatch a few, because by the end I was left asking myself "What just happened?" Like many that have already posted I found the lack of Kenzie unsettling. Or the times when Kenzie was on screen she was acting a bit out of character.

If I read this before writing my comment, I would have wholeheartedly co-signed everything you said. I commend Matt Davis for taking a shot of a new show and the network for giving him the chance. However, I'd be remiss if I didn't advocate for Alaric's return on VD.

Break out the bourbon and get Matt Davis back on Vampire Diaries —- stat! Obviously not as a regular, but reoccurring will do.

I took my mom to see this movie, not knowing one thing about it. I had not seen a trailer for it and therefore went into with absolutely no clue what was supposed to happen. From the first opening "crisis" the cynic in me was just like, "What the Fuck ever! At least I'll be looking at Gerard Butler for however long

This. This right here is why I am glad that this episode was reviewed. I have been dying to hear/read someone else mention the lack of personal security Olivia Pope invests in for herself. It's like everyone in Washington knows where her condo is, and her office, but no extra security on her part. I am surprised Huck

yeah, I couldn't tell if we (the audience) are to assume the characters are implying complicity from a third party when they mention Silas or what. Otherwise, it is glaring that no one would make mention of how little sense that makes.

In all honesty, I can't bring myself to care. Being even more honest, I skip through most of the scenes she is in. It's not that I have anything against the character, or the actress for that matter, Hayley just feels shoe horned into the plot. She doesn't seem entirely villainess-like, just kinda there.

Liz is not allowed to die (ever!), because I am not ready to suspend belief long enough to accept no parents in any of these people's lives. Not like Sheriff Forbes makes hot cocoa, and cookies for people to make them better. With Alaric gone, someone needs to fill the adult void. Well, at least till Matt is a little

Their lack of chemistry is contrasted with Caroline and Klaus' abundance of chemistry. Those two need to stay in each other's orbit more often. I'm not a serious Karoline shipper, so they can annoy the hell out of each other for all I care. As long as Caroline and Klaus share the screen.

In high school, my friends and I turned up at parties of people we didn't know ALL OF THE TIME. Friends, friends of friends, "you know that kid that transferred last year? Yeah, his cousin, the the senior, has the house to himself and a keg".
It takes nothing to get a bunch of teenagers to show up at a party. She

But if she showed up, would she be turned into a Vampire? She and Sheriff Forbes are like the last moms standing. They're either turned or killed.

This was the first thought I had the instant he said Tyler left him the house. The second was "I hope Tyler also left him some money for the upkeep". Knowing Matt, he is super handy, so that won't be a prob for him. Then he is such a good guy, and shown himself to be very resourceful. Maybe he will rent out the house

This was a film that Netflix has been recommending me to watch for months. Finally, on a snowy March morning, I took the plunge. I would say I had low expectations, I didn't really have any expectations at all. Despite being a fan of many of the stars, I was completely unaware of the plot of this movie, and thankfully

When was Bobby a professional golf player? I'm a bit thrown by the timeline too. Mr. RoSull isn't as much of a continuity nerd, but he was trying to figure out when that was going to be brought up throughout the entire episode.

Caught it, and appreciated the hat tip. It will be the more subtle nods to the HBO series that will serve as connective tissue, not huge literal moments. I am okay with that. It's understandable, but unfair to compare the two series.
