I'm sure Klaus knows Caroline was aware of Tyler's plans, and involved in the plan to double cross him. Klaus just doesn't seem to let Caroline's duplicity bother him that much. She's like the Alaric to his Damon. Tons of open animosity that was a cover for mutual understanding that eventually lead to a friendship.
