i'm a huge fan of the take-no-crap-from-no-one Pam, and i hate watching other people pooh on her, but i honestly see no point in defending/ justifying yourself to characters as absurd as Jan or Angela. as if she would change their minds? no. she would become just as absurd, in her own right.
