Ahem, three timelines.

The only solution to that would have been for the William character to be even younger and played by an equally younger actor. I don't see why that couldn't have been accomplished to sell it better, short of it complicating the future marriage/company board storyline.

This finale did a lot of things I feared it would. I didn't want to eyeroll this much, but it was unavoidable.

it would work better, but they still dump plenty of clues along the way. once the timelines are hinted/confirmed during the Dolores train ride it seems strongly clear, but it is essentially without question once the photograph of the fiancee is brought out.

many mentions in many comments across many episodes

Why would you laugh at them? They were people that allowed themselves to be deceived, and willingly overlooked red flags because he spoke directly to their concerns. Eventually the truth was going to hit. Nothing about this is funny, or something to gloat over. Mocking those below you isn't how you maintain the

This album has been on repeat all year for me. Orlando in particular captures such a weird daydreamy mood that begs to be put on repeat.

Don't worry, about 80% of the commenters here have been misspelling her name week after week. You're in populous confused company.

Her name is spelled Dolores.

Hey Anne Rice, this is exactly the tone and production direction your Vampire Chronicles show should aspire to.

When that happened I took it less that he was surprised to see her specifically, but rather that she returned for repairs so soon after being returned to the park.

Actually and ex of mine did that portrait of me. It really is solid work :)

It's actually not completely clear that Ford did command Bernard to attack Elsie. Ford claims to not have directed Bernard to kill anybody else. Now if Elsie is already a host, maybe he doesn't consider it killing. Or maybe Ford had no involvement with the Elsie situation to begin with. The multiple flashbacks to

Total agreement. The show is telling it's own tight narrative, while at the same time ignoring some more heady subject matter that's begging to be expanded upon.

I agree. It was something that stood out to be right away. I just rewatched the episode and it has to be deliberate. There are harsh motions to him once he exits the first door that read at mechanical.

The show sort of sets up that the moment of Dolores dropping the can was a point of entry into her narrative loop. We witness how it plays out with Teddy (they talk about leaving but he won't), William (inexplicable infatuation/an instance of partial self awareness), Man in Black does at one point, and nobody picking

It's a different actor. This show hasn't made any connections between those two characters to lead to this conclusion, outside of their generally similar appearances.

gross

Ford said that Arnold created the collection of family hosts as a gift to Ford. But that Arnold programmed them to be their best selves, and that with the father in particular Ford made corrections to in order to bring out the darker reality.

I'm starting to have a lot more fun viewing this show as the trials and zany ends that Anthony Hopkin's Ford will go to in order to keep his job. It's just one big workplace misunderstanding folks!
