now stay with me here, but get this: the opening scene is supposed to establish that vamps are birthing new vamps and that the humans are getting overrun. fourth tier character turned to vamp and appears out of nowhere? yes, that's how True Blood is selling this story. That, and tons of off screen action involving

The music all around has been over the top. 75% of my laughs come from how inappropriately dramatic the music cues are during forced scenes of emotion.

Season 2 sucked in comparison to the first season, but has retroactively become the second best season after we have all endured almost five full seasons. Russell redeemed season 3, but barely. I don't even know what happened in season 4 at this point other than it being a waste of my time.

Actually, based on the preview for the next episode Bill is not playing anyone. He's 100%, totally, completely into this Lilith thing.

Not being someone that has seen Veronica Mars, I can say that the actress brought more to her character than the Nora and Salome actresses are doing.

Yep, that's the only logical course of action when you're dealing with a sterile husband. Adoption? Donor sperm? Nope, better have a supernatural baby with a blood contract stipulating the traumatic transfer of a first born half-faery child. Yep.

When you write out what her dialogue was, I develop some sympathy for her as an actor. Yes, she over acts and ramps up the crazy drama eyes but what else can you do with such terrible dialogue and no character development??
