Is Manchester really that controversial a place for the British? What's that place Pulp and (I think) Def Leppard comes from? That seems really rough.

If you read all the old Rock Star biographies Davey Jones was the guy all the other Rock Stars fucking hated. He seemed to have been the only British Rock Star from one particular part of the country and his accent had all the other guys climbing up the walls. But everybody loved Mickey Dolenz, he was a blast.

I've been reading Chris Hardwick's book "The Nerdist Way". The "Nerd" thing is new to me but I quite like it. It's good for people to be intelligent without being a dick about it. I, of course, am just a stupid dick.
