Hell yeah. What a great song. When the drums kick in after the second chorus, it gives me chills.

I'm not sure it applies here, but in my mind, Spike Lee's 25th Hour embodies this era. And works. Still.

"We are accidents waiting
Waiting to happen
We are accidents waiting
Waiting to happen."
Yep, "There There" definetly keeps up. And musically too.

I loooved that episode. And Mr Wind worked for me. The recurrent Santa Ana music throughout the episode gave it a dreamlike vibe, which suited the plot. I was also very happy to see the uneven relationship between Paula and Darryl addressed. Darryl has a good heart and is not willing to apologize for it. It was the

And Ron Swanson was so adamant about frozen yogurt, we should have known Schur was playing us.

"We have to go baaaaack", indeed.

The Graham Norton show is one of those shows that I watch sometimes when I'm feeling a little sad. I go and watch The Damon/Murray/Bonneville episode or the mentioned clip above with Gosling and Davies or Chris Pratt doing his version of the TOWIE accent. It doesn't solve anything but it's usually a welcome interlude.

"Naaahh, I'm gonna go to Prague." Really a classic show, and Matt Damon says it himself "This is the best time I've ever had on a talk show."

"When I say "we" you say "suffered" !"
"We !" "Suffered !" That song was just great.

No. To me, and if that's what you're referring to, 2006 is the year when Kate started watching the Steelers game with her dad again, meaning either his ashes (as she does now) or alive Jack (that would mean he could have died after 2006). I don't think the actual year of Jack's death has ever been revealed.

Jack is such a man of sacrifices it's heartbreaking. Again, we don't know when he died but I hope he lived long enough to just sit down and enjoy the fruits of his many efforts. Ventimiglia really was the good choice for this role. I didn't particularly liked the Toby/Kate storyline but I thought Chrissy Metz killed

"You made the love of my life say Boo badoop badoop badoop badoop." "I don't know. These words sound a little advanced for Josh." I like Scott Michael Foster. He was in a little show called Chasing Life, as yet again a rich jerk who turned out not to be a complete jerk, and he was pretty good and funny too. I'm

Yeah. And the interview sequences in black and white… It could have been a recipe for disaster, but it worked. Three seasons was not enough, indeed.

I didn't remember that Marshall Herskovitz and Edward Zwick were the new showrunners and I didn't feel it during the episode. For me, when I hear Herskovitz and Zwick, I think about Once and Again. I loved that show. Yes, it was about feeling and feelings and memories but this kind of things can work if done right.

There is also the breast cancer scene at Miranda's wedding. They all decide to not tell her about Samantha's cancer because they don't want to ruin her big day and she demands that they tell her the truth because, as she says, "You are my people".

Don't you mean Debra?

After reading your comment, I went on youtube and watched those two scenes again, just because. Yes, Betty's "I know" is heartbreaking. And then, Peggy being the one telling Don to "come home". I miss Mad Men. You know, just like Rectify, I had a hard time letting go of that show.

So, I just watched the first episode of Terriers and I am charmed. I don't know why I waited so long. Now I'm excited for what's coming and already sad that I only have 12 episodes left. The chemistry between the two leads feels so natural. I don't know what's next but I feel like the word "cool" was invented for this

Good catch ! And welcome, Dave.

"Oh. Birdie…"
