Along with killing off Danny, Neville's heel face turn is by far the best creative decision this show has made in its 17 episodes. I hope very strongly that Miles' suspicion of him being a mole is dropped. But, knowing this show, that's exactly what they'll do.

Parks and Rec isn't a nerd show on the surface or in its subject matter. But, in practice, yes, its fanbase consists of comedy nerds.

Almost Human definitely looks like my jam (though I'm not a big fan of the title). I'll be interested to see how that one shapes up. If it can even fill 10% of the Fringe-shaped hole left in my heart, I'll be with it for the whole season. I'll also check out Brooklyn Nine-Nine and Us & Them, and hate-watch at least

Yeah, I'd prefer they take that approach.

The Michael J. Fox Show looks like a very charming pilot, though I'm not sure that will actually translate into a winning TV series. (I will watch for a while to find out, though, as BttF is my favorite movie.) Other than that, this is not an interesting lineup to me. Fox's new shows have more potential. The other

All of these trailers are cut from the series' first episodes, which are all any of these shows have filmed so far.

With Happy Endings dead, I'd still give the edge to NBC in terms of comedies (even with both Community and Parks in neutered states). I'm not really a fan of Suburgatory or The Middle though, so fans of those shows may disagree. Bob's Burgers and New Girl certainly put Fox on top though.

New York City, Canada

Fox, sure, Bob's Burgers is a minor TV masterpiece. But does ABC really have anything better than Hannibal or Parenthood, much less much better? I'm forced to reject that notion.

I've emotionally braced myself for the possibility that there won't be any more Bunheads, but I'll be so upset if there isn't, because what a sad and depressing final note that last Michelle/Ginny scene would be for a series that generally made me feel so happy to go out on. It's the dark side of showrunners feeling

BUNHEADS NOTIFICATION DURING RENEW/CANCEL SEASON UNRELATED TO BUNHEADS = UNCOOL

Parenthood was routinely the highest-rated scripted show on Tuesday nights without "NCIS" in the title this season. Them moving it across from Scandal irritates me (though I like Scandal too, but certainly not as much as I like Parenthood). NBC, you guys had a timeslot that genuinely worked, for your standards! It

Yep, Bell was a writer for War of the Damned. (And Maurissa for Gods of the Arena; and Jed for Gods, Vengeance and Damned.)

I don't especially care about The Simpsons' new episodes anymore, but I still hope that if/when it ends they get a long enough advance warning to do an epic pre-planned grand series finale. Despite only watching about 2-3 new Simpsons episodes a season these days, it saddens me to think of it going out with a shrug.

Maybe you got the Canada options somehow.

I'm part of what I assume is the 0.000001% minority primarily excited for this because of Jed Whedon, Maurissa Tancheoen and Jeffrey Bell's work on Spartacus. Here's hoping it can give me just a little residual dose of that Spartacus goodness until DeKnight gets Incursion off the ground.

I don't know about five seasons (I remember reading detractors as early as season 3), but The Office season 2 was the first thought that popped into my head.

"Network television is all terrible" is the new "there's nothing good on TV" / "I don't even own a television"

I watched every single episode of this season, yet if someone told me to actually write a synopsis of what transpired in this season of Revenge I think I'd be completely dumbstruck with confusion. I find Revenge enjoyable when it's at its best (and I even rated this finale a fair bit higher than the review), but if

I HATED THAT A LOT. Say whatever the fuck you will about seasons 1-3, but at least they attempted to tell stories, with finales that put narrative/character arc bows on the seasons. Not this dumb, borderline-enraging "Tee hee, to be continued!" crap. Ugh ugh ugh.
