Can't speak for other Black people, of course, but my father taught me to always tip and tip well. If I'd experienced crappy service like Lionel did in the hypothetical example in the film, I'd probably go the "Ooofta" route and tip 15% - and probably ask to speak to a manager.

^^^this person clearly did not see this film, because everything they said is incorrect as it relates to Dear White People.

Definitely closer to Chappelle, though not identical to Chappelle.

It is actually good…but it is a first-time director's film, so there are some issues and errors here and there with how a few of the scenes are composed, and the plot comes unraveled a little but in the third act.
