Streets patrolled by guys with assault rifles and mass executions with no due process whatsoever - it could be argued that this is a form of fascism.

Respectfully disagree.  Too much smarmy Hollywood name-dropping from hosts and guests alike,  and too many repetitive running jokes about vegetarianism or Howard's dating life, etc. Give me Bang Bang or Sklarbro over Who Charted any day.

I've never listened to The Weeknd, but all these reviews make me curious. So….Is he just absurdly miogynistic? Or is the whole thing supposed to be a self-aware comment on/parody of misogyny?  And does saying it's self-aware and/or satirical make it any less gross to listen to?

Yeah.  I can see how a critic watching it in a theater with a bunch of other critics might not like it, but for a holiday movie to see with your family, it's solid.

"Pariah, has a premise that sounds assembled from a Sundance Refrigerator Magnet Poetry set: black lesbian coming-of-age story"

As somebody who used to live in Asbury Park I can honestly say….yes, pretty much.

Monkey gas and the dean had the best bits tonight.  I'm really not a fan of the episodes where everybody obsesses over "the group."  Or the episodes where Jeff learns important lessons about himself.

I agree with you that law enforcement officials are out to screw over T.I., but in their defense, the man was illegally purchasing automatic weapons and silencers (!) and his rich-people's-lawyers worked it down so he only had to spend a year in prison, followed by 11 more months on a drug-related probation

I liked the flashback a lot more than Donna did.  The modern Gus works out his anxiety with subtle finger twitches, adjusting his ties, and unsealing veggie platters.  It's all so reserved.  I loved seeing the younger Gus, who paces anxiously, screams bloody murder, and tries to kill Hector with his bare hands….

Rap beefs can produce great music when there's something personal between the two artists, and not just petty, publicity-seeking nonsense.  This "beef" is literally about rich celebrities arguing over who has more money, and I doubt neither Dwayne or Sean care too much personally, regardless of what they may say in

Yeah. I like the video a lot. The Mad Max Maybach is pretty awesome, and it looks like everybody had fun on set. The song is growing on me too. Not the best track on WTT by any means, but it's still good.
